The color scheme of this wedding was inspired by the back story of the newlyweds. Having met at Harvard, this couple wanted to incorporate their college experience into their special day. AOTE highlighted crimson in floral designs and seat pillows by pairing the Harvard color with cream and accents of navy blue. The book arch behind the bar that we brought in, illuminated the collegiate mood. The centerpieces on the long wood dining tables form a natural and elegant theme. The centerpieces truly embodied Harvard from crimson flowers to books that allow different heights to the font on the wine bottles that included parts of the ivy league’s logo. The 5 star Boston Harbor Hotel was the ideal venue to fuse Boston into the wedding with the perfect view of the Harbor. AOTE took advantage of the natural light of the venue to help the colors of the wedding pop.
