In order to ensure your event’s production is flawless, your Event Producer will offer to do a walk-through with you at your chosen venue to ensure you have the proper lighting. A/V and sound design. In combination with Art of the Event’s decor and signage, our lighting and audio visual services can be used to maximum effect.
Our meeting services include stage sound systems, general stage lighting, stage rentals and fabrication, stage furniture and various podiums. Our technical director has over 10 years experience directing meetings and video. We can also coordinate with your selected vendors to make sure your event both runs on schedule and according to plan.
